Return of Squark!

From nest-bound, Rex has advanced to occasional forays into the world…
And is becoming much more accustomed to being handled.

Baby's First Flight - ten feet and BOOM into a window.

Ugg-a-lee Bird is definitely growing on us. He literally LEAPT onto the intruding hand this morning, and is very keen on having his little orange cheeks scritched.

    You might get your wish! Rex is still SQUARK-ing to be fed, although increasingly independent, but Bolly is on eggs yet again.

    Rex, as in “T Rex”, after the noises made when a hand went into the nesting box days after hatching.

    And Rex is a boy, it turns out… a very talkative little chap indeed.
