There’s also a couple of rooms want their ceilings replaced and insulated before winter sets in. Thank the FSM the bastard little termites didn’t get their nasty little mandibles into any of the main load-bearing stuff.

I’ve worked out most of the list of materials, costing and suppliers. Now comes the fun part, playing on the ladder.

I hate ladders.
