Last night, before the Yawning Chasm That Eats Posts struck, I was part-way into describing the joy of Mutton Birds. (No, not the critters called “yolla” in palawa kani. They may have been okay for the ancestors, but it’s a bloody long trip to the hunting grounds, and anyway, this CD doesn’t have a taste of “chicken stuffed with kippers“.
